Gastrobar “NeVinnaya Koza” on “Patefonka” is a tasty and bright place. We are proud of our special meat cooking technology – Sous-vide. The meat is cooked only in its own juice without the addition of oil, which ensures a lower content of cholesterol and trans fats in dishes. For marinades, only natural products are used.
